The balcony has a nice seating area with a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with your loved one.

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

The Neighborhood

The unit is located in Business bay, near to Downtown area. Downtown Dubai is a vital region with a wide range of activities to be done, starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is only a short drive away and where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.

You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.

The Apartment is a short cab ride away from the metro station, where you can get around the City smoothly and Dubai International Airport is around a 20 minutes drive away from the apartment.
